It’s the second time I got this, I like the two free samples inside and the serum

I love this store. I have ordered so many times in the last few years and have found it has always been a pleasure to shop with them. I love the freebies, discounts and always look forward to my little in the box :) The site is very easy to use and I have found that I have tried so many new brands and have finally found the right hair and skin care that suits me. I never usually write reviews, but was actually pleasantly surprised with my experience here. I ordered some skincare items The items arrived within 2 days, exactly what I expected and beautifully packed. In addition, upon finalizing my order I realized I’d missed a step and didn’t include the free gift. I called and left a message. Someone got back to me that day and sent the gift in a separate package. No issues. Awesome customer service will definitely be back.

I placed my order on 12 March and was delivered 22 March to my New Zealand address so took 10 days which I am happy with. Will not hesitate to order from again if delivery timeframe is the same. Recommend.

I received my order only 2 days after ordering, free express shipping, I also used a discount code so I couldn't be happier, not to mention 3 free extra goodies what can you complain about seriously?!
