Unlike other astringent toner products, Declaré Matifying Toner is alcohol-free and relies on natural extracts to keep skin feeling fresh and matte.
Burdock Root Extract works as an effective antibacterial, naturally keeping breakouts at bay. Declaré Astringent Toner is also formulated with Witch Hazel Extract, a well-known natural astringent that reduces inflammation and balances skin for a fresh, oil-free finish.
Another mattifying ingredient this Declaré Toner relies on for breakout & shine-free skin is Salicylic Acid. This beta-hydroxy acid dissolves away excess sebum and minimises pores, leaving skin looking refined and free of any excess oil.
