Beautiful hair experience
The products are fantastic and they perform very well 👌. ,but the service was poor, once again I never received my samples or gift. This is the second time this has happened and my parcel took ages to be sent out and delivered.

I never usually write reviews, but was actually pleasantly surprised with my experience here. I ordered some skincare items The items arrived within 2 days, exactly what I expected and beautifully packed. In addition, upon finalizing my order I realized I’d missed a step and didn’t include the free gift. I called and left a message. Someone got back to me that day and sent the gift in a separate package. No issues. Awesome customer service will definitely be back.
I placed my order on 12 March and was delivered 22 March to my New Zealand address so took 10 days which I am happy with. Will not hesitate to order from again if delivery timeframe is the same. Recommend.
